By using this website you agree to the following terms.

Online party builder

Prices shown by the party builder are good-faith estimates based on our current published pricing and the details you enter. They are not a booking or a contract. Final pricing is confirmed when we connect and may reflect travel distance beyond our included delivery radius, venue access requirements, extended or multi-day rentals and special requests.

Quote lock

When you book a consult or send a message, we honor the quoted package price associated with your quote code for 7 days from the date it was generated, subject to your event details remaining the same. Outside a locked quote, pricing may change with demand and operating costs. A locked quote does not reserve your event date; dates are reserved first-come, first-served upon receipt of a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due within 7 days. Cancellation terms are provided in your booking confirmation.

Weekday pricing

Weekday savings apply only to events taking place Monday through Thursday, based on the actual event date.

Delivery & site access

Delivery within 10 miles of our home base is included; a per-mile fee applies beyond that. Delivery amounts shown by the party builder are distance estimates based on the event ZIP code you enter; the exact mileage fee is confirmed at booking. The event location must provide safe, legal access and parking space for a trailer measuring approximately 18' long, 8.5' wide and 10' tall.

Weather

We operate rain or shine with shielded play areas. If you prefer to reschedule due to weather, contact us and we will work with you on an alternate date, subject to availability.
