What is the rental rate for Hoop San Diego?
The rental rate is $600 for 4 hours. Each additional hour is $150. Mon–Thu parties get weekday savings — build your party on this site to see your exact price.
Do you deliver the mobile arcade to any location?
Yes, we deliver the trailer anywhere you'd like. For locations beyond a 10-mile radius, we charge $2 per mile.
What is included in the basic rental package?
The basic rental package includes our custom-built mobile arcade featuring four basketball games — with unlimited free play, setup and takedown included.
How do I book Hoop San Diego for my event?

Is there a deposit required to reserve a date?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The other 50% is due within 7 days of your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Depending on the timing of your cancellation before the event, the deposit may be forfeited. Full terms come with your booking confirmation.
Can the mobile arcade be set up indoors?
Yes, our mobile arcade can be set up both indoors and outdoors, provided there is enough space and access for the trailer.
How much space is needed for the mobile arcade?
The trailer is 10' tall, 8.5' wide and 18' long. Driveways, parking lots and flat yards all work — we just need comfortable room to park it and play safely.
Do you provide staff to manage the arcade during the event?
Our staff arrives 30 minutes early to set up and walk you through the games, then leaves you to it — the machines are free-play, so no supervision is required during your event.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards and online payment methods. We'll also accept cash or a check.
Is there an age limit for playing the arcade games?
Our arcade games are suitable for all ages — 6 years and up is the sweet spot. Adult supervision is recommended for the littlest players.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Hoop will be there rain or shine! The trailer's doors shield the play areas from rain, and rescheduling is available if you'd prefer.
Can I book Hoop San Diego for corporate events?
Absolutely! Hoop San Diego is perfect for corporate events, team-building activities, company picnics and more.
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time, especially during peak seasons. Dates are first-come, first-served.

We occasionally offer discounts for multiple bookings or referrals — ask when you book.
Do you have insurance?
Yes! We carry a $1,000,000 policy and can add your event to the additionally-insured section of our policy if necessary.
